Wonderful service and excellent customer service was not pushy one bit. I got a free foot stool to go with my 3 seater settee. I had fantastic service and will go back in future. Highly recommended. Bought the settee in May last year 2018
Awful after care, patronising staff, who thought it was funny that we wanted to make a complaint. The sales guy leaving out vital information has meant we will not be getting our sofa before Christmas, despite their guarantee.Mistakes happen, but how rude the staff at this store are is the reason for my complaint & poor review. There is a sofology across the road... I recommend going there!
Great service and friendly staff. Tom was amazing and very patient as we had a lot of decision making to make. Great range of products and we found DFS gave better warranties and had a wide variety of sofas with different specifications. Would definitely recommend a visit.
