Bus into town was great and it seemed like a great service. Unfortunately on the way back we waited nearly 50 min for a bus with no explanation despite the fact that the service is supposed to be every 10 min. When we phoned to find out if a bus was coming staff weren't that helpful. The bus was then really slow as at every stop there was huge groups who had been waiting. Meant a 15 min journey took nearly 1.5 hours. Very disappointing as it seemed like a good concept.
Efficient service right to city centre. Lots of parking and easy to find. I use it regularly. 2. 90 return from same place you are dropped off. Recommend this easy alternative.
